Ingredient and Historical Use
Quercetin: has an antihistamine action that has been used to relieve allergy symptoms and asthma symptoms.
Eyebright: has been used in the treatment of conditions affecting the eyes, problems affecting the middle ear, disorders in the sinuses, and in treating mucous accumulations in the nasal passages of patients.
Arsen. alb.: has been effective for asthma with severe breathlessness; stinging mouth ulcers; cracked, dry lips from a burning nasal discharge; tiredness due to a physical illness, such as anemia or asthma, or mental strain, eye inflammation with watery, stinging eyes; headaches with dizziness and vomiting; and fluid retention, especially around the ankles.
Nat mur: Historically used for Coughs, Catarrh, colds and Influenza:
Thin watery runny nose. Discharge often colorless but relentless in the mornings; there may be a dry hacking cough after a period of wet, watery chest congestion.
